While it may not be much to look at, it is strong as hell and will serve you well through the toughest of training. It is hand crafted from pressure treated European Beech wood (I’ve given this stuff plenty of impact tests and it seems even more durable than hickory), hand sanded to a perfect surface, and has a tung oil finish that gives added strength and durability. It is approximately 35.5 inches in length.
